Why LayoffLink Exists
Layoffs are common. Real help finding what's next often isn't.
Job boards show you what's open. They don't get you a referral, and a referral is usually what actually moves an application forward. LayoffLink was built to close that specific gap: candidates who need a referral, and referrers/organizations who are in a position to give one, hand-matched by a real person on the team rather than left to a cold-messaging free-for-all.
