How is everyone staying motivated during the search?
Some weeks the search moves fast, some weeks it’s silence and it’s hard not to take that personally. What’s actually been keeping you going — routines, people you talk to, anything? Would genuinely like to hear how others are handling it.

Honestly, having one specific day of the week where I don't apply to anything at all helped more than I expected — made the other days feel like a choice instead of an obligation.
Talking to one other person going through the same thing, even just once a week, has done more for me than anything else on this list.
