Landed a role after 4 months of searching — a few things that helped
Wanted to post this for anyone in month 2 or 3 feeling like it’s not moving: it took me four months and a lot of quiet weeks. What actually moved things forward, in the end, was two people from my old team introducing me to their current companies — not any cold application. Keep at it.
