Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Collection Agencies and monitor their performance against targets
* Handle delinquent accounts and drive resolution & recovery targets
* Coordinate with customers through calls and field visits for overdue payments
* Negotiate repayment plans based on customers’ financial situations
* Follow regulatory and company guidelines
* Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
Preferred Profile:
✅ 3–5 years of experience in Collection Agency Management & Field Collections
✅ Strong communication skills – English is mandatory
