Job Description
As an Agile QA and Release Management Lead at TechOps Solutions, you will champion shift-left testing principles, Agile Scrum methodologies, and robust release governance across fast-paced software development squads. You will manage end-to-end release cycles, coordinate deployment schedules, track quality metrics in JIRA, and enforce strict release readiness criteria. Your responsibilities include facilitating cross-functional sprint planning, conducting root-cause analyses on production defects, streamlining defect tracking workflows, and mentoring QA engineers on agile testing best practices. Additionally, you will partner with product managers, developers, and operations teams to minimize deployment risks, optimize software delivery velocity, enhance test coverage reporting, and ensure total alignment between engineering outputs and client expectations throughout every product release lifecycle.
