Job Description
As an AI and Quality Engineering Manager at GenAI Software Solutions, you will lead the research, development, and integration of cutting-edge generative AI capabilities into enterprise software testing lifecycles. You will spearhead AI-assisted test case generation, synthetic test data creation, and agentic AI concepts to automate complex quality assurance workflows. Your role entails managing a team of specialized SDETs and AI engineers, designing scalable automation frameworks, collaborating with product managers to define AI quality standards, and optimizing software delivery pipelines. Furthermore, you will conduct feasibility studies on emerging AI models, establish best practices for prompt engineering, monitor automated testing throughput, present performance metrics to executive leadership, and foster an innovative culture focused on next-generation software testing methodologies.
