Job Description
As a Business Advisory Associate at Grant Thornton LLC, you will lead cross-functional data discovery and stakeholder interviews across multiple high-value client engagements, identifying operational gaps and delivering actionable strategies that mitigated organizational risk. You will manage end-to-end client workstreams across diverse projects, ensuring regulatory alignment, quality control, and on-time delivery of assessment reports. Additionally, you will streamline client request workflows using One Trust and SecuritiAI, reducing turnaround time while maintaining 100% SLA adherence. Your role will involve designing and embedding new operating procedures to strengthen risk controls, improve governance, and support consistent process execution across teams. Furthermore, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary advisory teams to analyze complex business operational challenges, formulate tailored corporate growth recommendations, prepare comprehensive executive presentations, and track key project metrics to ensure complete client satisfaction and regulatory compliance throughout every phase of the engagement lifecycle.
