Job Description
Meridian Consulting Group is hiring a Business Analyst to support enterprise ERP rollouts for manufacturing and retail clients across India. You will lead requirement-gathering workshops with department heads, translate business needs into clear functional specifications, and work directly with the technical implementation team to ensure what gets built actually matches what was asked for. A significant part of the role involves documenting gaps between legacy systems and new ERP modules, then working with stakeholders to decide whether to adapt the process or configure around it. You will coordinate user acceptance testing cycles, track defects and open issues through to resolution, and produce sign-off documentation at each project milestone so client leadership always knows exactly where a rollout stands. Expect to split your time between client sites and internal planning sessions, with frequent status reporting to both client sponsors and internal delivery leads. Prior exposure to SAP or a comparable ERP platform is required, along with genuine comfort running workshops with non-technical stakeholders who may be skeptical of the change.
