Job Description
As a CyberPipeline & GTM Operations Manager at CyberMetrics Inc., you will oversee the design, execution, and optimization of go-to-market strategies and enterprise sales pipelines for cutting-edge cybersecurity products. You will manage outbound and inbound lead generation workflows, track sales key performance indicators, and streamline RFP and RFI processes. Your role involves collaborating with sales directors to refine pipeline forecasting models, managing security questionnaires, facilitating vendor onboarding, and supporting enterprise account executives during complex negotiations. Furthermore, you will analyze sales conversion bottlenecks, implement advanced CRM automation tools, conduct market research on emerging security threats, prepare executive dashboard reports, and coordinate cross-functional enablement sessions to ensure maximum operational efficiency across the global sales organization.
