Job Description
As a Lead SDET for AI and Automation Frameworks at Fintech Automation Labs, you will undertake Software Development Engineer in Test functions for automation, working actively with Large Language Models, developing AI Agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and creating structured frameworks to implement intelligent and scalable solutions. You will design, develop, and deploy AI-assisted test generation mechanisms, synthetic test data creation tools, and self-healing automation suites across complex financial transaction platforms. Furthermore, you will collaborate with product and development teams to integrate generative AI capabilities into core CI/CD workflows, conduct advanced prompt engineering workshops, optimize test execution speeds, and drive continuous improvement in software reliability, code quality, and automated defect detection across distributed enterprise systems.
