Job Description
As a Lead Software Engineer at Wells Fargo (I) Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will engage in leading quality engineering functions on diverse web, mobile, API, and enterprise applications, defining test strategies, creating test plans and quality gates, and enforcing release readiness criteria. You will lead a high-performing engineering team to pioneer AI-powered automation frameworks, achieving substantial reduction in execution time of regression and near-total automation coverage with minimal defect production implementation. Your responsibilities include architecting robust CI/CD pipelines, enhancing testing efficiency and release reliability across BFS domains, validating enterprise banking solutions like PACS, Flexcube, CBAM, and OBLM, and mentoring junior engineers in modern software quality engineering best practices.
