Job Description
As an NGO HR & Social Outreach Associate at Leaders for Tomorrow, you will coordinate onboarding and documentation for 15 new recruits and lead 2 social media campaigns to support outreach and engagement. You will manage volunteer relations, organize community orientation sessions, and maintain meticulous records of personnel files and program participation metrics. Your responsibilities will also include designing digital campaign materials, interacting with student chapters, and fostering an inclusive environment that drives active participation in social initiatives and community welfare programs. Furthermore, you will collaborate with regional coordinators to plan community events, monitor social media engagement analytics, facilitate workshops, draft impact assessment reports, and cultivate strong institutional partnerships to expand the organization's social footprint.
