Job Description
As a Principal QA and Test Automation Architect at Apex Tech Global, you will define enterprise-wide test strategies, QA governance models, and hybrid automation frameworks for mission-critical client applications. You will oversee end-to-end test management and validation across web, mobile, and API layers, ensuring flawless release readiness and regulatory compliance. Your role involves designing scalable test automation architectures using Playwright, Selenium, and Appium, integrating automated quality gates into Jenkins and Azure DevOps pipelines, and managing complex stakeholder expectations across global delivery centers. Additionally, you will lead defect management root-cause analyses, mentor multidisciplinary testing teams, evaluate emerging automation tools, and collaborate with executive leadership to align software quality initiatives with overarching corporate business objectives.
