Job Description
As a Senior SDET for Mobile and Web Automation at NexGen Mobile Tech, you will design, develop, and execute comprehensive test automation frameworks for high-traffic mobile applications and responsive web platforms. You will write robust automation scripts using Java, Appium, and Selenium WebDriver, integrate automated suites into CI/CD pipelines, and perform rigorous functional, regression, and API testing. Your role involves collaborating with mobile developers to identify UI/UX defects, analyzing crash logs, optimizing test execution speeds across diverse device farms, and maintaining detailed test documentation. Additionally, you will mentor junior automation engineers, conduct code reviews, participate in agile sprint planning sessions, and continuously refine testing methodologies to ensure optimal application performance and seamless user experiences across iOS and Android ecosystems.
