ServiceDesk Pro is hiring a ServiceNow Administrator to manage and configure our internal IT service management platform. You will build custom workflows, manage user roles, and integrate third-party tools via REST APIs. ServiceNow System Administrator certification and a solid understanding of ITIL processes are required for this operations role.
