Job Description
ITSM Solutions is looking for a ServiceNow Engineer to automate IT service management workflows and build custom portal widgets. You will leverage JavaScript, Glide API, and workflow engines to configure service catalog items and third-party API integrations. Certification as a ServiceNow System Administrator or Developer is preferred to successfully manage and enhance our clients' platform configurations.
