Job Description
Fairview Talent Partners is hiring a Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for engineering roles across a mix of client accounts, from early-stage startups to established enterprise teams. You will source candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter, going well beyond inbound applications to actively find people who aren't job-hunting but might be open to the right conversation. You will screen candidates for both technical fit and genuine cultural alignment, manage every candidate through the ATS with clean, up-to-date records, and coordinate interview loops with hiring managers who are often stretched thin and need a recruiter who can keep the process moving without constant hand-holding. You will support offer negotiations directly with candidates, balancing client budget constraints against what it actually takes to close strong talent in a competitive market, and you will maintain a warm pipeline for the hardest-to-fill roles so the team isn't starting from zero every time a new requisition opens. This role requires real, hands-on experience recruiting specifically for software engineering or other technical roles; general HR or non-technical recruiting background alone will not translate well here.
