Job Description
Palladium Logistics Network is hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a high-volume distribution center serving e-commerce and retail clients. You will manage a team of shift supervisors and floor staff, setting clear expectations and holding the team accountable to them without creating a culture of fear that hurts retention. You will optimize inventory placement and picking workflows to shave real seconds off fulfillment times at scale, where small inefficiencies compound into major cost differences across thousands of daily orders. You will ensure WMS data accuracy is treated as non-negotiable, since a bad data record downstream causes real customer-facing problems, and you will maintain strict safety compliance across the facility, since a warehouse this size carries real physical risk if standards slip. You will track and report on key operational KPIs, fulfillment accuracy, cycle time, labor cost per order, to senior leadership, and you will lead process improvement initiatives that actually get implemented on the floor rather than staying a slide in a deck. Prior experience managing a warehouse team of 30 or more people in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is required for this role.
