Accessibility Statement

Draft version · last updated August 2026

Our commitment

LayoffLink is meant to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or other assistive technology. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time checkbox — we treat accessibility issues as real bugs to fix, not cosmetic ones.

Standards we target

We're working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is a goal we're actively building toward, not a certification or compliance claim we're making today.

What we've built in

Known limitations

As an early-stage, actively-changing product, some pages may still have accessibility gaps we haven't caught yet — heading structure and color contrast on older pages are the areas we're actively auditing. We don't yet claim full WCAG conformance.

Reporting a problem

If you run into an accessibility barrier anywhere on LayoffLink, please tell us — include the page URL and a short description of what happened, and we'll prioritize a fix.
