Community Guidelines

Last updated August 2026

These apply everywhere members post directly to other members — the Forum and the Community Board. Real posts, from real logged-in accounts, read by real people going through a hard moment.

Why this exists

Most people here are posting in the middle of a layoff, a job search, or a career pivot — often while stressed, discouraged, or between paychecks. The Forum and Community Board only work if people can be honest here without it costing them somewhere else. That's the bar every rule below is trying to protect.

How moderation works today

At this stage, moderation is reactive, not automated — a real person reviews reports and removes content or accounts that cross the lines above. There's no published SLA yet for how fast that happens; we're an early-stage platform and are upfront about that rather than promising a response time we can't guarantee.

Reporting a problem

See a post that crosses a line above? Email us with a link to the post (or topic) and a short description — we'll take a look.
